I couldn't get the kefir grains to work, either in milk or as a basis for ginger beer, but most probably this was due to my incompetence, not to any fault on your part. however I would be very grateful for the opportunity to have another go, if you can see your way to re-sending, because I am impressed by your service and I am not about to post a bad review as a means of blaming you for what is likely to be my fault. I promise to take greater care with the next consignment that you send!
