I purchased one Greek Yoghurt Starter Culture and one Bulgarian Yoghurt Starter and paid an extra £1 for First Class Delivery. They took seven days to arrive, and I felt that a nice gesture would have been to have waived the extra delivery charge, as I was left feeling slightly ripped off. The starter was superb, and is regularly supplying me with flavoursome yogurt. I use a commonly available one litre yoghurt-maker, which I control using a digital temperature controller purchased on eBay.
