Really good informative website, quick delivery and best of all, it all worked for me just beautifully! I bought both sourdough starter and a yoghurt maker. The Bulgarian yoghurt is really nice - I haven't tried the Russian yet. I followed the instructions for no knead sourdough, cooked it in my le creuset pot and it rose up quite well first time - tasty too. The second time it had 36 hours in the fridge and was perfect. To get the big holes be careful not to fold it too much at the end. Never thought I'd bake bread - this lockdown changes all of us.
