What a find! My scoby was scuppered, so I Googled around for a trustworthy place offering quality product and singular customer service. (I'm a bit of a research nerd.) After comparing a few options, Freshly Fermented came up the winner. I've been enjoying my home-brewed kombucha ever since! Their instructions are clear and concise and their offerings are endless. I'm thinking of treating myself to another type of scoby soon!
