The company is managing to operate their service quite well considering the circumstances. I received my order a few days late in comparison to the normal timescales but I received emails that updated me on the situation and managed my expectation. It's a little too soon to tell if my kefir grains are working but I ordered them a couple of years ago and they worked fine so fingers crossed.
