My products arrived swiftly and carefully packaged, just enough to protect them and go through the letterbox. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. We have already enjoyed bread using the sourdough starter and now I have started the filmjolk. I had some initial problems to get the filmjolk started due to the cooler weather but was quickly reassured via email and given further info. Brilliant!!!!
