I ordered the San Francisco sourdough starter when I realised that people were price gouging yeast on eBay. I realised that The Alaskan starter might be better for a newbie taste wise. Freshly Fermented were excellent, they changed my order with no hassle and it arrived a couple of days later. I’ve been happily making sourdough bread for a couple of weeks and I would happily use Freshly Fermented again and highly recommend them.
