My experience is with the Bulgarian yoghurt starter. This is the first starter I have bought, the delivery time was really quick, the packing was excellent, instructions were thorough. I used UHT Long-life whole milk, brought up to 45C, stirred in the starter and then poured into a 1L thermos flask. I left it to set for 24hrs, I could have shortened that but I wanted it to fit my timetable. I then poured it into a glass jar and chilled it in the fridge. It is delicious, that doesn't do it justice, it's really, really delicious.
