This is the second time I have bought from freshly fermented. Even during these chaotic times of the Corona bug, the delivery was really quick. I have now got the milk Kefir and kombucha working. I contacted freshly fermented by email to ask a question and received a response within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service and products. I have already recommended them to my friends.
