Sourdough starters arrived in perfect little pouches and kept in fridge for a few days. I thought the starter had gone a bit “flat” but as soon as I activated it it bubbled to life ! It has lots of life in it and is fantastic- a real quality product that I am delighted with. I would definitely buy again. Thank you for such a wonderful product.
