I ordered some San Francisco sourdough starter. It took a little while to come, probably because the whole nation is making sourdough! It was well packaged and the on line instructions were easy to follow. The starter is very active and easy to care for. The resulting sourdough bread is amazing. I can bake a loaf every day and if only I didn’t eat so much of it I probably would. Would definitely recommend trying it.
