I cannot rate Freshly Fermented highly enough. They despatched my scoby in decent time (even during the pandemic) and when it yielded a mouldy brew, reassured me that it was a once-in-200 cases issue and promised to send another free of cost. Sure enough, it arrived and I'm trying it now. Altogether, the service and responsiveness is excellent.
