I had a very good phone conversation for advice of which bacteria best fit my purpose and some other questions. I was very happy about the knowledge and advice given. The cultures arrived promptly and worked very well. The downloadable PDF instructions for each product are very helpful and safer than from other companies. I'm very happy with the immense choice of bacteria cultures to choose from and the correct instructions for each kind.
