The sourdough culture took a few days to arrive, but was well worth waiting for. The packaging, btw, was wonderful. I’ve used it to make several loaves of GF bread and have now divided the starter and adulterated half with spelt when my other home made mother culture started to ail. I’ve made two gluten loaves today and they’re fabulous. Tremendous rising power, and so fast! In addition, I found the information and recipes on the website really helpful. Thank you. A great service all round!
