My kefir grains arrived very promptly as promised - Great! I wish they had come with instructions as although I had downloaded the online version I could do with a bit more information about the initial changes. I can see that something happened after a couple of days and although I have strained the grains and refreshed the milk I was at a loss as to whether I should have pushed the grains through the sieve with the liquid!
