The grains arrived promptly and clear instructions on how to activate and ferment are given online, printable. When fermented, the kefir was very sour and so I twice fermented half but this tasted worse so couldn't use it. However other half improved with keeping in fridge and I froze the grains which had trebled in size. Worth pursuing. Fair value for money.
