The scoby is fantastic, very healthy and a good size. Made our first batch of kombucha and it tastes great. Waiting for it to carbonate and then we're all set. The scoby is already growing, too. Freshly Fermented is a fabulous company, I've been using their kefir for several months now and it's delicious, the best I've tasted. Highly recommended!
