I bought both kefir milk and kefir water from freshly fermented a couple of weeks ago. With zero experience in the fermenting processes. The kefir grains arrived very well packed and in a box small enough to get through my letter box which was great as I was at work when it was delivered. I followed the very detailed instructions on the website on how to activate the grains and it has been a wonderful experience making both kefir milk and water kefir. The grains have already grown in size! I'm obsessed. Already made fermented butter using my milk kefir grains!
