Bought some fresh starters and some freeze dried ones. Haven't tried the dried ones yet but the fresh ones are working well. As someone new to sourdough I also had some questions which were answered promptly and in full despite the staff obviously being run off their feet with orders and complications due to lockdown. Great service, and very happy with the goods.
