Such a lovely company- great products & excellent customer service (thankyou Wesley!) Friendliest people to deal with & very efficient too. It's a gift to have the time to devote to making ginger beer, turmeric bug and sourdough starter. Becoming more self-sufficient is a rewarding thing to do. I've had great results so far.
