Website made it easy to order and understand what to buy. It was reassuring to be able to download instructions prior to arrival of grains so I was ready to start when they arrived. Very efficient service and grain were well (but not over) packaged. Kefir is working well and in a short space of time I have been able to start consuming it. Thank you for making this process easy.
