This is the best buttermilk one can make at home. Absolute same as traditional buttermilk in taste. Much better than any branded product in supermarket shelves. I bought one batch two months back, and have been making the buttermilk at home every 4th day using the full cream milk. Every time the same good result. So buying one batch means an infinite supply of buttermilk until or unless I forget to keep some portion aside and consume the whole thing. In that case I will have to order a new batch.
