Excellent service. I put the wrong postcode down and I was contacted swiftly by someone at Freshly Fermented to check my details. My order arrived quickly and the quality of the Kefir grains I ordered is excellent. Have yet to use the other items but I have high hopes. Can't complain at all - very happy customer :-)
