My order came quickly (considering coronavirus issues) but I had follow up issues (likely due to my own errors in handling, must stress product worked) and emailed the company. I didn't get any response at all. Wouldn't deal with them again because customer service is just so important. EDIT - Apparently they had answered my email - perhaps to wrong address - and they have immediately and satisfactorily followed up this review. I've added a star.
