Really really good grains. I have had lovely fresh Kefir for two weeks now, I also gave grains to two friends. Unfortunately I am having to come off the Kefir for a while as I have had to go on a strict diet and Whole milk is a big no no. However, I will be going back on it and would now not go anywhere else for my grains. They were just so good !!
