Using this product was my first experience of kefir and I am delighted with how easy it is to ferment the grains and with the taste and texture. I'm now a convert. The grains arrived when stated and in good condition. The instructions were easy to follow as is the care of them and I'm happy to say they are growing quite happily. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to ferment their own kefir.
