My scoby's arrived promptly (I was generously given 2 even though I ordered and paid for 1!). I am pleased to say that the first batch seems to be doing well, haven't tasted yet as its still in its second ferment. Looking forward to experimenting with flavours and making more scobys to share with my friends and work colleagues. Absolutely love the taste of Kombucha. The instructions are clear online.
