Ordered the creme fraiche and the fil milk starters. Instructions supplied were concise and easy to follow. The creme fraiche we have produced from a 60/40 mix of organic double cream and full cream milk is thick and delicious and considerably cheaper than the bought equivalent. For the fil milk we used an organic uht full cream milk (no need to boil), and a organic pasteurised milk. Both worked equally well, tasting as we remembered it from our time in Sweden. Really pleased to have found Freshly Fermented. Tusen tack!!
