I bought a Bulgarian culture as it's an heirloom culture. As I'm trying to reduce both plastic and energy consumption, I heated the milk to boiling, allowed it to cool to 40 degrees, mixed in the culture and put it in a thermos flask for 8 hours. Makes a perfect tasting, fully set yogurt. So happy with this product.
