Bought the San Francisco Sourdough Starter. Fantastic - had it about a month and made dozens of loaves. Also split the ferment into two and fed one on pure rye flour. So now I have a white San Fran starter and a pure Rye one. Both work really well with the rye one being the more active, and made a great loaf using 80/20 white and spelt. Definitely recommended.
