Great customer service. They do not only sell their good quality products, they give advice too! I was not sure which sourdough starter I should purchase as I wanted to feed it with Einkorn flour, I was given great advice. I have never made sourdough bread before, but now I have already made two following their instructions. I also bought Kombucha starter, I can proudly say that I have made a couple of bottles of Kombucha drink! The products came very well packed and I was able to keep them in the fridge in their packages for a couple of days as they came while I was busy. I highly recommend this company and their high quality products. I could have given them 10 starts but there isn't any!
