Excellent prompt dispatch (I had paid for Express delivery, and it arrived the next day). While there were no instructions with the kefir starter, (this would have been helpful), the instructions on the website were clear and helpful. The starter worked well, and easy to revive for a novice like me if the instructions are followed. Highly recommended.
