Initially we were glad to find items in stock during the pandemic, then we found exactly what we had been after... and so much more - we ended up having to purchase some storage drums to contain all that we bought (securely), but we are so, so pleased we bought from Freshly Fermented. Now my wife makes sourdough as often as she can.
