Ordered both heritage yogurt culture & kefir grains. Goods arrived on time & yogurt culture produced good yogurt immediately although still not as thick as I would like for Greek yogurt. Will strain the next batch. Kefir grains got off to a slow star as I had to activate them twice & my results are still pretty random. I had never had kefir before so not sure exactly what it should be like. I have produced 1 good batch & several over fermented as it can go from being not quite ready to split in a couple of hours.
