Ordered fermentation kit for Xmas present which the carriers delivered in a soaked split box.I contacted the company & their customer service representative Wesley was extremely helpful,the only item damaged was the drive which he replaced within a few days,also said the fermentation solution would be replaced FOC if any problems.very impressed with excellent service from this company & Wesley who was very helpful.
