I bought the large starter kit from Freshly fermented as I thought it would be an amazing way to start making my own kefir... They tell you in the instructions that the grains will take time to activate... Mine took 24 hours LOL! They also said that the Kefir may not be nice for a bit... IT WAS NICE BY SECOND BATCH! Seriously the freshest grains I could think of to be honest, very good product. Top quality hardware also, everything I need, just take the rubber off of the glass container and it will ferment OVER NIGHT! Amazing company with a BRILLIANT website. 5/5 will not purchase again because I don't need to, this sets you up for life!
