I started my experience with Kombucha a few months ago and with much trepidation. Despite the excellent instructions provided by Freshly Fermented I was worried about keeping the correct temperature and convinced I had killed my Kombucha! I contacted Freshly Fermented for advice. Derek called me back promptly. He was very patient, allayed my fears so I am now back on track and enjoying my Kombucha. Would definitely recommend this company Mrs D Herriott
