Fantastic company and great quality products, so much so I have now purchased six cultures from them, all of which have activated promptly without a single issue. All of the cultures arrived within the expected delivery time and were packaged securely with no sign of damage upon receiving them. I downloaded instructions on how to activate the products from the website, which were simple to follow. The customer service is also fantastic, as they answered a number of questions I threw at them and even emailed me on a Sunday evening to let me know when one particular culture I was after came back in stock. I would definitely recommend this company, so much so that I intend to buy one or two more cultures in the coming weeks. Every culture I have received from them thus far has been top notch.
