I purchased the San Fran starter and it didn't disappoint. Really lovely taste, not too acidic that produces lovely loaves. Chad (I've named the levain that) is happily living in the fridge, always ready for sourdough adventures. Service is great from Greatly Fermented - well packed and swift posting.
