Having had great success with kefir grains, from Freshly Fermented, and yeast being difficult to obtain, I purchased Alaskan sour dough. Quick delivery, and followed instructions, and now have very active sour dough. Tried a white loaf first, which was fine, with a surprisingly quick rise, and today I am doing a whole meal with the same sour dough yeast. So very pleased with Freshly Fermented, for both the kefir grains, which makes a delicious drink, and the sour dough yeast. Witham Pete
