I got some milk kefir grains and Hampshire sourdough starter. They both worked wonderfully. I fed my kefir grains with full fat goat milk and in just 3 weeks I had so many grains I could give them to family and friends. Home made milk kefir tastes so much better that the one in the shops. And works wonderfully for my IBS symptoms. Regarding the sourdough, it was my first experience with it. I baked a delicious pizza and an amazing ciabatta bread (it looked and tasted like the bakery one). I am very happy with freshly fermented and will surely buy from them again and suggest it to my friends.
