Ginger Bug Good product with a tasty end result. Be patient with first Ginger Bug which took quite a few days to get going. Subsequent batches have fermented better. Instructions could be improved. Teaspoon (heaped or level?) do not match suggested grammes weight. Was not sure if I should stir the Ginger Bug solution before filtering. I called Freshly Fermented and they were helpful. Be prepared to drink 3 litres a week or stock enough empty bottles as the Ginger Beer keep on coming!!
