I felt I had to expand on my previous review as I have tried a couple more new starters...Just out of interest. This is a very helpful company that gives advice and information I have always been in a home that makes yogurts and other "Old Fashioned" kitchen products.Even so, I have learned more about using different yogurts etc..The starters are good and have produced excellent yogurts with a wide variety of tastes. I don't have fancy equipment just a thermos type container and Grandma's method of production that I was taught when a child.it's good to have a consistent provider of quality heirloom starters to try.I highly recommend this company,especially if you are just starting to DIY.
