Delivery of my kombucha kit was held up by the courier company (not the fault of Freshly Fermented) and had obviously been stuck in a warehouse somewhere so it did not seem to function as well as expected. Freshly Fermented were brilliant in sorting me out, helping to get restarted. They were snowed under with orders as everyone is lockdown fermenting these days but still took the time to help me. Can't speak highly enough of them.
