I ordered the smallest package of kefir grains. The ones I received were so small that they looked like milk or kefir rests. I had to leave them 2 weeks to rest and let the grow changing milk on daily basis, so I couldn’t make use of them straight away. They have grown now and starting to work normally. Be patient!
