Found the Kefir easy to make and it is really delicious. As the grains grow it produces more Kefir. As good if not better, than supermarket Kefir, which is really expensive! Saving loads of money. Creamier with full fat milk but still delicious with semi skimmed milk. Really glad I got the kit.
