Fantastic products and customer service. Lots of questions as I’m new to the game! But they always got back to me to help me expand my knowledge. The Russian yogurt cultures worked very well and still creating delicious yogurt out of it. The kefir is taking its sweet time haha But no doubt it will get there in the end as I was told patience is def recommended with it. All in all, great website, very informative , so is the customer service even in these tricky times. I will be trying out more of their offerings in due time. Thank you guys
