Excellent selection of yoghurt starters. I initially used the french yoghurt starter which is deliciously mild creamy and thick. Unfortunately my partner turned the yoghurt maker off, I rescued it but the resulting yoghurt was strong and didn’t keep. I’ve since used the Skyr which is lovely, again creamy and thick. I use full cream long life milk as it saves scalding the milk prior to adding the yogurt starter or leftover from previous batch. Very pleased with products.
