Ordered a scoby (my first try at kombucha), it came promptly. I was a bit grossed out- but that’s just me. The instructions were okay - need a little bit more refining and some ‘what ifs’ on it, some quick trouble shooting tips would be great please. My end kombucha is nice so thank you
