I ordered sourdough starter and milk kefir grains which were promptly delivered and well packaged. Included was a leaflet with information of where to access the activation instructions. Activation was straightforward although as novices, our loaves aren't as fabulous as we'd hoped but the milk kefir is delicious and multiplying so fast that 3 friends are enjoying it too! These are quality products and I'm happy to recommend this company.
